Draft Policy - Mapping of ATAB Standard with ISO/IEC29993 & Level IV of ATAB

1.Notified for Public Comments for the Mapping of ATAB Standard with ISO/IEC 29993 Draft Policy.

The Ayurveda Training Accreditation Board (ATAB), under Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, has mapped its accreditation standards with ISO/IEC 29993:2017 to enhance the credibility and global recognition of non-formal and informal Ayurveda training programs. This initiative involved a structured comparison of ATAB requirements with the ISO standard to identify areas of alignment and gaps, ensuring that accredited Ayurveda courses meet internationally accepted benchmarks for non-formal learning services. The mapping will support improved transparency and higher institutional quality in Ayurveda education and training worldwide. To invite stakeholder and public inputs on the “Draft Policy of Mapping ATAB Standards with ISO/IEC 29993 (Version 1.0)”, ATAB (RAV) has placed the document in the public domain for comments prior to its implementation. Comments may be submitted from 11 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 via email to ravaccred@gmail.com.

2. Notified for Public Comments: Draft of Level IV ATAB v1.0.

In order to ensure quality and standardization of Ayurveda training programmes, take accreditation to the next level, and promote Ayurveda through skill enhancement and capacity building, the Ayurveda Training Accreditation Board (ATAB) has developed Level-IV (Advanced Level of Accreditation) Ayurveda training courses aligned with national and international requirements. To invite stakeholder and public inputs on the “Draft of ATAB Level IV Courses (Version 1.0)”, Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV) has placed the document in the public domain for comments prior to its formal launch and implementation. Comments may be submitted from 11 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 via email to ravaccred@gmail.com.
